Hi, I\u2019m William Dickinson, founder of Dickinson Enterprises and\u00a0owner and lead strategist at\u00a0Cortex Marketing<\/strong>, a marketing consultancy built for businesses that want more customers, stronger brands, and marketing that delivers<\/span>\u00a0results.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve spent more than two decades working in marketing, business development, branding, communications, and customer acquisition. I\u2019ve worked with businesses at different stages of growth, from organizations building their brand from the ground up to established companies looking for a smarter way to attract and retain customers.<\/p>\n

My approach is pretty simple: understand the business first, then build the marketing around it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That means getting to know you, your business, your customers, your competition, and what makes your company different. From there, we identify who you really need to reach, what motivates them, what message will get their attention, and which marketing channels can turn that attention into action.<\/p>\n

After 20+ years in the trenches, I\u2019ve learned that people rarely buy based on features alone. They buy because of what they believe the purchase will do for them. It might make life easier, solve a problem, save time, reduce risk, make them feel more confident, or simply make them feel good about their decision.<\/p>\n

That human element is where good marketing begins.<\/p>\n

My job is to take that understanding and turn it into a clear strategy, compelling messaging, and practical marketing that helps move people from \u201cWho are you?\u201d<\/em> to \u201cHow do I get started?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

And I\u2019m not particularly interested in making marketing complicated.<\/p>\n
